just got my 1:1, what a wonderful feeling! I've been thinking to resign and really want a package, so I have a few months to plan my futures. In Cisco for 18+ years and now it's time to jump the ship...

I've got my 1:1 but so did my entire team. We're expecting something but will find out. PSS team
