All joking aside - I had my first call with them yesterday. Basically, I found out several things: 1) ATT was CHEAP in only providing 2 consultations - my "adviser" said that most companies provide 1 consultation a week 2) said my LinkedIn account as well as my resume looked good and she didn't know much more she could do for me since I was already doing what I need to be doing.

Substandard service, but free with your surplus papers
I got the sarcasm "all night". The point I think was to make it your mission to pursue other jobs and not get caught up on the t career site. It's not for surplus people, and I agree.
Funny, all night! Ridiculous comment !
the Targeted need to spend less time searching internally to not trigger a need for this company. The jobs are out there. Internal jobs were not designed for surplus folks. If you must waste your time, only spend your first 5 of 60 days searching aggressively inside, stay up all night applying if you want. Then move on to the outside quickly and only focus there from day 6-60. you don't need this useless company. Your new job at surplus (while transitioning your old) becomes finding a new job. Push off as much of your old work ASAP.
Coach was not at all helpful...did not provide any information or tips that I was not already aware of. Continually cancelled scheduled meetings. Resume writers were helpful in rewriting my resume and using key words that trigger search software. Be sure to proofread resume and cover letter carefully. Many misspelled words and incomplete sentences...broken English. Job postings were provided but you can find much more on your own through indeed, careerbuilder, linkedin and local unemployment agency website. Search job postings on Internet for local commanesyou would be interested in working for.
Not very smart people, barking dogs while on the calls, their resume writing service misspelled couple words in the final résume, the jobs leads, most false positives, same as monster or indeed, but again what would you expect from AT&T
Didn't get to use them found better outside job very fast. Happy now for past 3 mo.
They have been very proactive and helpful, unexpected assistance, but so far it has been great. Yesterday i had my first meeting with the coach and she gave me numerous tips i am applying immediately. They have been sending me referals for targeted jobs based on my preferences and the coach recommended several videos they have available so i can get ready to for the interviews. Will meet soon with the person rewriting my resume. I feel so much better today and positive after the meeting with the coach.
