Exactly same. I got my bonus they they sped up RSUs and, although I can't recall, I believe that my ESPP was moved up as well. I was also one of the 'no people' who got the LR last year. I'm better off now too, so don't sweat it.

I got laid off last year and got my bonus and Cisco accelerated my RSU for that year so I got paid that as well. I was told sometime in late July but my last day was two weeks later so I was still employed as of August 1. The job market is good right now. I had a job within two weeks for more money and I am not anything special- I can assure you.
All the info is correct. They are based on individual experience and vary from team to team. In theory, you are eligible but as a manager, I rarely saw it happened. The reality is that you are not likely to get it. This happened to me in 2009. Cisco senior management is short-sighted and unethical. You can't believe them. I hear that it is a lot worse now than before. Good luck!
Lots of trollers here with ridiculous misinformation. This board has become useless.
Bunch of idiots. You get the bonus if you were in an eligible role on last day of the fiscal year. In absolutely NO scenario does your manager get your RSU's. You keep what you have that is vested and you lose what is unvested...
Don't count on getting paid unless you are here the day the bonus is paid. Sad but true.
Policy says you have to be employed on the last day of the fiscal year to qualify for bonus payment. RSUs are another story.
YOU LEAVE, NO BONUS!
Typically people laid off in the end of year layoffs will get paid the bonus. If you leave on your own before the bonus is paid you are out of luck.
