A few got walked to their cars this morning.
They are holding out until the end of the quarter.
I heard Ivory Coast is on their last well. No activity after September.
It is a constant and ongoing effort. Probably just not in a place near you. North America went down first and has probably bottomed out. Internationally, especially deep water or any offshore, continues to shrink and prices weaken.
It was bull sh-- from some poor laid off soul with nothing better to do.
