Ryan is going to town hall in Bartlesville on Sept 14th so Bartlesville won't get kicked to the curb until after that!
Hi to everyone still suffering thru life in that hell hole. This is not new....canning good capable people has been their "go to" strategy for decades....I lived it way back when their dumb--ses (Phillips before the merger) spun off the gas division. They have never accepted the fact that UPPER MANAGEMENT, not the guy just trying support his family are SOLELY TO BLAME when a layoff is necessary. Jim Mulva's sorry a-- started the bleeding 15 years ago... now Lance is continuing to execute the same lame a-- business model that got COP in trouble in the first place. You folks are in my prayers.... don't worry..there are better companies out there who will snatch up the great employees COP kicks to the curb.
Boooo that stinks we have to sit and suffer through all the bs of 1st week then get the boot on week 2. They are milking that crap.....they could do it in 1 day if they wanted.....selfish
Is Bville research center considered separate from the rest of Bville?
Bartlesville research center lost 20-some employees from the subsurface labs. Not looking great long-term.
Bartlesville could either be included in the Houston layoff since it's corporate. Or the company may spread out the corporate layoffs and do Houston the first week and B-ville the second. We'll see!
Is Bartlesville included in Panhandle?
