Everything that is happening just shows you just how out of thouch the family is with this business. I know if it was my money at stake...I would not be depending on self proclaimed leaders to protect it. Especially when all these leaders are doing is giving us a bad reputation. I would start at the top and then work my way down. Cleaning out the executive suite is the only thing that is going to save this company. Stop all the questionable business tactics and get back to plain business basics. Quality teams, customer service and account maintenance.
For the most part, the male leaders at Follett have shut out women, with the exception being CW. Give her credit for standing her ground against DG and GT. But Mary Lee was ruthless - her gender didn't matter one bit.
I never was around her long enough to see what she did day to day....I heard she was a real tyrant though
Had one remember? Probably the wrong one though. Shouldn't the Follett daughter start being groomed to take on the role? Sooner than later? Need someone who really cares to make this company great, not just someone waiting to get a fat paycheck until they retire.
