Why are they hiring if they are letting folks go? In all my years (since ma bell) I have never seen this happen. Complete departments closed yet they hire represenatuves. Will these new folks be losing their jobs in a few months?? I sure hope not. I understand they gave to clean house but it has turned into a fiasco. Too many reps so Etime is given yet they continue to hire. Shaking my head.

Maybe they're hiring new representatives because SOME not all but SOME are useless and nightmares. Spoke to someone in retention today for a customer and the witch couldn't have been more rude or useless. I get many great Care Reps, most are actually awesome if I call, however there are some who should stop acting like DBs cuz their day will come....if you hate your job---- leave...
I was let go last quarter , after 23 years, I applied for 50 positions, and they hired someone with no previous experience
AT&T doe not Consider previous employees separated by factors or reasons beyond there control for future positions that become available, thir HR file attribute is label "Do not Hire"
