Last night a local recruiter reaches out on LinkedIn. I responded and the recruiter sends me a Cricket job posting for a contract slot with a juicy job title. We talked this morning and the recruiter begs and pleads to submit me for the slot. I tell the recuiter there 4 to 5 people om the earth that has what Crickett wants. CRICKETT is a wholly owned AT&T subsidiary and its loaded wirh former AT&T emoloyees. Only one problem since AT&T laid me off I found a much better full time job with a great Fortune 500 company. Needless to say the recruiter is pissed. Payback is a b--ch!!

No one one the att side of a surplus believes the grass can be greener if you do the right things to get the right jobs. I'm fascinated how people are so afraid of seeing what's out there.
It's almost like the titanic. There were people who refused to leave on life boats. The band was one.
It's like crazy insane programming that would cause someone not to even consider looking or testing the waters. "Too old", "too ..whatever" it's all crap. Change can be the best thing that ever happened to you.
