At what point will the board hold ds accountable for the poor performance of nobles stock. Upper management is full of clueless outated thinking, has been's that are not connected with employees, company objectives and have their eyes and minds closed

Sounds like we need some more accountants, lawyers, and "HR professionals."
Now they spend too much, spin the real figures and well stats and overhire and layoff.
Don't expect any changes at the top. Noble management and the Noble board have an incestuous relationship. Expect more job cuts... It's really all they know.
