Keeping my fingers crossed for rush. I don't want to go through another black friday round of layoffs following rush results.

Seems some stores won't even make it that far.
So staff reductions coming after rush? Will this be store level?
From experience, I know the buyers do look at sales reports. However, many of their intelligent decisions are over ruled by CW or DG. As far as Vera goes, what do you expect when you have a buyer promoted from within with zero buying experience other than Follett? No one wants to work here so they are forced to fill positions with unqualified internal candidates.
They are trying to hold on to employees just thru rush, then major reduction in hours and layoffs. Sales are low this summer but keeping busy prepping for fall. Receiving crap that doesn't sell(Vera) What the heck do the buyers do surely don't look at previous sales reports.

Yup. Seems that a few more stores are closing before rush. Enrollment down. No one taking over. Everyone will be gone.
No one left to post. Everyone,is gone.
Our fall numbers are terrible , I expect layoofs or reduction in staff and hours . Time to just start looking for another job .
