July vacation request asked for today. Can't believe it can go that long but then again why not.
5/20 is meaningless to the strikers but those who cross accepted it. They are covered under lbfo. Hope this ends before football season.

Pretty much it seems 5/20 was a date of come back or don't come back. After the Feds were involved the date became obsolete in the sense of the company declaring an Impasse; or so it would appear.
Regardless, with the current influx of EWA's and the BAU attitude from the centers and management I am reluctant to think this will turn out well for the Union members. I would not be surprised to see some junior members/non protected members being replaced by contractors and the senior guys coming back.
Not a good situation.
