Unemployment rate declined in 36 states for the year ending March 2016

Over the 12 months ending in March 2016, the unemployment rate decreased in 36 states and the District of Columbia, increased in 12 states, and was unchanged in 2 states. Over the same period, the national jobless rate declined from 5.5 percent in March 2015 to 5.0 percent in March 2016.

Again, all companies have layoffs, but it is how you sh-- on the employees that is the difference. Even the employees that are still at Follett are unhappy because of the way employees are treated.

The fact remains that if you're working for follett today, you need to find another job. If the job market is tightening that will be tougher. If it's tougher you shouldn't delay. Get your resume in order. Check your LinkedIn profile and get it looking like an ad for a great, successful, client focused team player. Renew contacts of people you used to work with. Sign onto job boards and connect with head hunters. Do it this week!
