I guess that the dip is due to the fact that the wireline is dead...as pronounced on this very site for a million times...

People are leaving because the guys in charge have decided to set the companie's standards half an inch above those of comcast's. In an environment where everyone is being squeezed for every penny,people don't give a sh-- about "better matters". "Savings matters" and if the company isn't able to get its service at someone's house,they will go elsewhere because what we sell is a necessity,not a luxury.
I'd love to see this company do well but the writing on the wall is that they don't care. The men at the top just want to amass wealth and don't care if the legacy they are supposed to protect is destroyed in the process.
Verizon.....a portmanteau of veritas ("truth" in latin) and horizon. What a f'ing joke it has become!
