Why should guys that have been with the company 10,15,20 years quit because some ass*** management team took over and is ruining things. They'll be gone and the guys that work for a living will still working. The mindset is so screwed just quit and go somewhere else and repeat over and over until every job in the US is awful.
Better yet, go work for Comcast.
