VZ will have to deal with very angry employees. It will take time to return to normal, this is by far the worst relationship btn employer and employees. Keep temp scabs for a while , you will need them

Milk the cow dry, do as little as you can for your time will come
agreed; keep the temp contractors and let the Union quitters stay out. It actually has been nice dealing with the EWA,; they have a much nicer attitude.
Frankly, I don't think anyone in the company has one care one way or the other if the Union quitters are angry. They brought this onto themselves.
Let's just keep the "temporary" contractors and make things easier!
