Has anyone heard what U.S. Bank plans to do in December when the non-exempt salary cap rises to 47K? Will low level managers (like Assistant Branch Managers) be eliminated like Chase or made non-exempt from overtime?

They have made all sales and service managers hourly employees
I heard that we'll do the same thing as Chase, take this with a grain of salt though as rumors are flying around...
