Whether CWA or EWA we're all getting the shaft

Regardless of what side you're on we're all getting screwed. Upper management is pitting us against eachother and lovin it. Most of us can say that we generally get along with the worker below us or the manager above. There will always be a few a-holes that would slit their Aunt Connie's throat to climb the company ladder. And unfortunately there's a whole lot of dead aunt Connie's in this company.

Instead of hammering eachother on this site how about we come together and hammer the people responsible for what we're all going through.

@HrcByru, --100% agree. I hope everyone who is affected as much as lower management and the union see it that way. The proof is how much both groups have lost. I hope that the Verizon lower management and union employees realize that some of the posters here are outsiders that are fanning the flames. Unfortunately there is no way to validate the flame throwers.

I agree too. It sucks but it seems like it's designed to be that way. It seems like 2nd level and down are generally on the same page...generally. 3rd level gets gray and beyond that is a total disconnect
