at&t just offered a "Buy out" here in Orange County, CA. It looks like they might declared a "surplus" if they don't have enough people taking the buy out. Not good. Americans losing jobs.

I don't know why they just don't give it to the people who want the offer, those who still want to work for the company can stay.
