What's more likely? EWA workers will continue to become more proficient in their replacement-work?More temporary/contractor workers will be hired? Union workers will cross the picket lines and return to work? Union funds will continue to be depleted? All of these are likely to happen....and are happening. The divide will begin to grow exponentially.

WILL happen. RIF's.
A colossal waste of money that decreases the overall wealth of families that are impacted. And unfortunately the end result won't change by much. Certainly not by enough to justify the political maneuvering.
