So, if Gerry Horgan was not drunk, then you are saying he was sober and STILL decided to jump on this young girl's vehicle? Get your facts Straight, Your guy the EWA was tested at the scene, and was blind Drunk after plowing into a crowd of innocent people including a Police officer. He was so drunk as he headed out to do a triple Play in a customers home at 8;20 in the Morning.
Jerry was blood had Zero alcohol in it when it was tested at The Westchester Medical Center. The results were used in an investigation whether to charge the driver who also was tested.
Jerry was drunk as could be. Another fact is the guy who just got arrested was a contractor not local management. Get your facts straight.

Jerry died at the hospital two days later, and hospital records showed no alcohol during the Police investigation at any time in system. That is a fact.

A Verizon EWA replacement worker was arrested for hitting a striking worker and a police officer while driving drunk. The incident has cast doubt on whether the company is adequately screening the 20,000 temporary replacement workers it has deployed since the strike began. At 8:30 in the morning, a drunk Verizon replacement worker accelerated into a group of picketing workers:
“He just floored it,” Police Chief Alan Gordon said of Pulling’s driving, to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. “He hit one of the officers with his mirror and one of the picketers held onto the windshield wiper. Then he jammed on his brakes, sending the picketer off the hood.”
It was the Verizon temp worker’s fourth drunk driving offense.

I hate it when scabs cut customers lines and then the company tries to blame the union for it. Self sabotage is no joke, Verizon shouldn't punish their own customers that way.
