Where is all the proof to all the rumors on here? Who says we will get cut in pays?!? If we do, who says it will be to 35k? Nothing anyone is saying has any validity to it. Do you think maybe that the people who are being fired deserved it for poor performance? The buyout isn't necessarily a bad thing either. I've gone through several buyouts in my career and they turn out to be good for the company.

Read the SEC filing it is in there with they payouts for the aid hole leadership that brought us to this point.
Read proposed buyout agreement on SEC website... it talks about employee salaries, etc. Details. Long-term employees that all of sudden have performance issues that ate not clearly defined. Two employees with two different managers, performing the same and one gets fired and one does not...if deserved fine..it's the massive inconsistencies that are unethical. Get a standard and do the same for all. No manager discretion... do per a defined policy.

Where is your proof that this things like pay cuts are not true? One simple intra company memo from upper management would clear this up. No memo yet
