Fwd:Rumor has it that our soulless employer is sending out a certified letter which will offer you your job back as a non union position. Looks like an attempt to effect our ability to collect unemployment so don't sign for it. Via my picket captain

Heard the same here in NYC, they will purposely overnight delivery the letters to make sure we get it (must have been very expensive) ...we will have 10 calendar days to reply (I wonder if we have to over-night it back?) . ..Which seems the Strike will last until Memorial day? Failure to answer/comply will be determined to be a "resignation" and thus No Unemployment...Man, those Bean Counters in Basking Ridge are working as CWA sleeps..
