You do realize that the union leaders are out to protect the interests of the union. You guys on the front lines are collateral damage. Your careers are gone as far as the union is concerned. So are you someone who takes charge of your own life or are you like the goofoffs who talk big but will be looking for sympathy when they are gone gone gone? Your choice.
