What everyone seems to forget or not understand is that Vz wants division between the union and mgmt. mgmt is seeing first hand how these shops are run and they are reporting that back to their bosses. I don't know a single mgmt that wants to be EWA or wants the union workers to lose their jobs. Well ok. I know one. But she is a dbag.
