Thread regarding AT&T Inc. layoffs

More competition, less revenue for Big T

Thanks God GOOGLE Fiber is bringing its super-fast broadband service to the city of Atlanta, & Tampa But Comcast and AT&T are not happy, the offering 1 gigabit internet speeds at wholesale rate, will prove difficult for AT&T-and Comcast, to squeeze more money from business subscribers. Google announced it would lay a fibre network to compete with cable providers and Telco's Although it is in four markets only, competitors are lowering rates and building faster lines to keep customers from defecting to the technology giant. Because Google needs consumers to have robust internet speeds, unlike the rather silly standards of AT&T for the past 40 Years. There you go, AT&T forced again to lower price, where do you think they will offset these loses from?

Let me guess... Jobs!!!!! It's the standard response. Everytime leadership messes up with bad moves, buys, implementation, folks need to automatically know it's being paid for with a layoff.

I'm developing an algorithm that will predict every time att buys some outdated, bad asset or responds 5 years too late --- how many jobs will have to pay for the sloppiness.
