Apollo cut the wages for most of the production and maintenance workers at its Waterford plant. The National Labor Relations Board investigated and tentatively concluded that the company had violated the contract. But with other locals rallying behind a new contract offer, hundreds of the production workers were forced to accept drastically reduced pay.

Check your attitude. Some of us worked long and hard for the salaries we have. We were still here working when you hit the door at quitting time several years ago.
University of Phoenix employees never bothered to organize (as a union), so their rights are limited. I suppose it was one good reason for Apollo Global to buy the company. They didn't expect much worker resistance.

The same is coming here. These people are way over paid. Most call center people make about 9 to 13 an hour. How they justify paying people 25 an hour to take a couple calls a day is insane. The consultants / "the Bob's" already expressed serious concern over people's wages. One of their notes actually said that an immediate salary restructuring is needed to make this company even viable. They had consultants monitoring people in the buildings observing and logging just how much time people were wasting as well. I am sure some people may have noticed some of them sitting near the turnstiles with laptops. Your Disneyland is closing folks, they are turning this place into an Amazing Jake's. Along with Amazing Jake's pay. Also, make sure you can piss clean by August.
