Vanadalism, assault, foul mouthed hoodlums are about the best way to describe the union animals. I'm shocked at what asshats these people are. And then listening to them yell "they are taking OUR jobs!!!" just underscores the sense of entitlement these people have.
Hey asshats -- jobs are not an entitlement. You EARN your job, it's not something you are entitled to. The jobs going to temp/replacement/overseas employees are not YOUR jobs -- you don't have dibs on those jobs. Those jobs are given out by the people who sign the paychecks to whomever they deem worthy to do the job. If the job goes to someone besides you it's because the company doesn't think you're the right person for it.
You aren't owed anything, the jobs aren't yours, and the way you idiots are acting during this strike just makes people understand even more why Verizon doesn't want you around. In the case of this current strike, you've dug your own graves because the company is hiring replacements to replace each and every one of you. They can get employees who appreciate the jobs and don't act like asshats for less money than you union morons cost. They didn't force you to walk out -- you made that decision yourself. And now by the rules of an economic strike they can are are legally replacing you.
