All brand managers had to reapply for their jobs yesterday. A way to not have "layoffs" again but force people out and replace with a lower salary.

Did you have to take a pay cut ??? If so, how much? Or in any of the other depts did they have to take a pay cut ???
I work in the Marketing department, it is true.
They gave people the chance to take a separation package. This was a clear indication where things are headed. About 50% of you will no longer be here come October. Get ready for June and August. Big changes are coming.
Any confirmation? I can believe this but I would like someone to confirm
