Waco Police say an AT&T electrical worker found dead on a ladder Friday morning died of "violent acts."

On scene, officers found AT+T 61-year-old Kenneth Wayne Cleveland near the ladder. Police initially said it was possible he was electrocuted. "I was like, 'I know AT&T is not burning trash out here.' And I walked around to the alley, saw the fire going, got closer, seen ... it was a body ... on fire," Michael Harris said.
