Really? You believe that Lowell quote? Four weeks ago he said he didn't even know why we out here, or that some fios customer service was handled out of the country. Now your gonna believe that he knows how many proposals were presented? Please this man is just a bullshit artist. No credibility.
Maybe union management can get more done by banging their heads against the wall. All they do is reject everything on both sides, there appears to be no coming to a consensus. It's almost like why even bother?
