I've been interested in hearing what regular non-Verizon employees and non-Union people have been saying. Most don't know any of the details but corporate greed resonates with the customers, who like the product but don't like paying the equivalent of a car payment for their family's phone bill - especially while seeing Verizon ads plastered all over the NFL draft. Many have switched or are considering switching to other companies soon. The longer the strike goes on, even those who are not union supporters figure at this point there must be some serious issues with the company if people are willing to stake their good jobs and benefits to protest at length. A lot of the company PR seems to be backfiring with the public.
