I am the OP, will go with Uber and Lyft for now. Cannot cross the line, its a personal choice, will rather leave. Thanks for the support

I have reached the point where I can't afford NOT to strike. I want to make it to the end of my career. If we didn't strike I would have not made it. Need 5 more years, and lots of people in similar situations. Stay strong, we will get through this.
Cross to become a 1st line manager
All u have to do is check for gps and boots,cones
Decide what is important to you, then look at your family and decide what is necessary for them. Should be a no brainer
Consider Uber Lyft temp agencies for light industrial or office work
I'd ignore any implied threats. If anyone ever makes one that's not just implied call the police and press charges. The best long term defense against thugs is to shine the light of day on their behavior.

I would find another job before you cross that picket if I were you.
Then cross. Other than yourself and your immediate family, you don't owe anyone anything.
Then you need to make a decision. Go find other work and try to stretch things further, ask your Union for more help, put up a "go fund me" or other site asking for donations, or resign from the Union and go back to your job.
There might be other options but it really is up to you to decide.
