Neither union or verizon willing to budge company getting hurt all employees getting hurt ,the level of hate and contempt on both sides negates rational bargaining .for the sake of all bring in mediators ASAP

The overall contract is good.
Healthcare, is in line with Management. Costs keep going up. This is still on of the best out there.
The issue I think we can sympathize with you is the reality of job security.
But, if you do not need worker is a certain place, you do not need them.
Move, or accept the package.
Time for the union members to throw off the yoke of the EWA and stop following and start thinking for themselves.
