I keep reading about all these replacement workers that are going to heroicly swoop in and take our jobs from us. So if I got this right, these new hires are going to be able to come out and maintain this plant with no experience, no knowledge of the plant and mysteriously somehow keep it going? This is a pipe dream at best. I don't care if half the "new hires" are retired from other states or whatnot. NY is a beast of a city to work in and some green assfield tech is not going to be able to just come in and do it for real. Just ask 90% of you ewa people. And just so you know, fixing a broken cross connect or running a loop is not what this job really entails. This company would go down for sure. I hate to break it to you but experience matters. Good luck with the replacement plan fellas.
