I wouldn't go that far. The fault lies with the lower level managers who basically became secretaries for directors with no field experience. The accountability is nonexistent. Unless that was the plan from the ivory tower,after all, to sink this side of the business.
Look on YouTube now. Believe me, they are greatly missed!
