We are down 6.6 billion this quarter already. Work is slow and most of the jobs we are doing at a loss. The company's number one concern is paying dividends to the stock holders. The only way that they can do that is to make cut costs which means reducing the workforce be it manager or not and staking equipment.

Get ready for the next round of layoffs. Managers will be spared (as always) to facilitate their important thought work. Field hands, grab your ankles. But remember, your sacrifice will be appreciated.
