Honestly I've been giving sh-- for the reaction. In all truth I don't mind working one bit for VZ, I don't mind doing EWA, and I don't care if you get or don't get a contract. I do however have no real ill will on anyone and hope everyone comes out on the up and up. I just want it to be through capitalism not socialism. I hate nothing more than this scam that all these executives are going home and swimming in there Scrooge McDuck money while screwing the poor. It's just not true and kills the American dream. It's like if you work hard and get rich, there will be some evil socialist pig there to take what you earned.
Well this has been just a little slice of heaven gentlemen, but I'm finished with you. After all the nice back and forth, we basically ended up where we started. I have a job, insurance, benefits, and an education. And in the interim, I'm making an insane amount of money doing virtually nothing. You on the other hand have no job, no benefits, no health insurance, no education and nothing in life to look forward to other than being on your knees for the union bosses and climbing through basements like a rat. Be sure to explain to little Guido why he can't ride his bike or play baseball any more because if he gets hurt, the free clinic isn't open til Monday. So to reiterate the moral of the story: I win. You lose.
I'm making the monthly equivalent of $380,000 while doing EWA. These paychecks make me wish I could work 18 hours a day instead of 12.
The union, on the other hand, is making ZERO dollars and has no benefits.
