Indian management is laying off non Indians and Egyptians are cutting non Egyptians heads in Middle East. Decision of layoffs should be based on performance not on nationality.

So true. Senior .anagement pushes to classify incidents so they don't affect their bonus. So true what has been suspected for years. Once you are placed in a position to re classify u know what is going on.

It has nothing to do with nationality, the people who were layed off had previously complained about safety standards. Some even had the audacity to actually use their "right to stop work". All this means is that they have the right to be layed off for standing up for safety.
There are many examples of employees being unfairly treated just because they stood up for safety.
The reality is that the ginglys, gypos and sand nig*ers never stand up for safety because thry just dont' give a fcuk.

Does appears based on nationality, but in reality all based on salary. Egyptions always work for small salary. This is cheap labor, and everybody knows this. Quality of BHI work and services is then badly diluted by employing these cheap an uneducated Egyptions. After a few years the more educated Americans and Engleesh will then be rehired to sort the mess created by these Egyption. This has happened many times and is a natural cycle in oilfield, but BHI never learns lessons. Egyptions civilization has been in decline since building those pyramid things, and even then that is just stacking a few blocks of stone. What a f*cked up country Egypt is, nearly as bad as India, both absolutely stink.

Several non Indian were let go in UAE this week and positions replaced by South Indians.
