Just continually let out silent farts until he or she decides to move on their own.
Why don't you get him alone one evening working late and strap him over the desk, pull his pants down, get the Vaseline out and give him a run down and show him you are really his friend.

You could tell your manager that you have a personality clash with the guy and that you would rather not share a desk with him. Explain why he gets on your nerves.
screw you buster this guy is a total asswipe and leaves my desk in a mess very time he uses it and also makes rude comments to our secretary. I want to report him but not sure how to do that
