Does the home office act with any urgency to solve problems? The innovation website has been active for many weeks now with lots of ideas to help the stores satisfy our customers. How many will be done before fall rush?

The winning entries were:
Listening Labs -- UI/UX team. It was implemented and a new interface for BryteWave and Destiny has been released/will be released for Fall.
Consolidated Order Management -- implemented and rolled out to customer service.
Follett Bucks -- implemented for both textbooks and library.
There was no winning entry for Destiny. Go back and look. The new UI for Destiny comes out this summer as you can't launch a new interface during the school year.
Maybe if you spent more time helping the cause and not complaining and/or spreading conspiracy theories, you'd be more successful here.
Go ahead and tell everyone that they implemented the changes to Destiny. FHEG won't know the difference but anyone who knows Destiny will. And we were told that the ideas were so wonderful they were going to implement more than the top choice.

They will probably do some of the things that cost nothing, but I would be shocked if they did anything that directly benefits employees.
This sounds like a valid question to throw some lipstick on and ask internally.
