There is a big difference between running a month long real estate license class and buying homes at auction course compared to these sleazeballs at the P. A couple grand is not a huge loss and you will probably learn something if you can't make it work. Real estate is not for everyone. You really can't blame Trump's school for some people not making a living out of it. The P however crushes people with lifelong debt from student loans and these people get absolutely nothing in return.
