Don't kid yourself, management has no intention of developing your skills, or retaining you. Look elsewhere.

Been with the company for a year and have learned nothing. I don't know what to put on my resume. They had me doing BS the entire year. Not sure what to do.
Worst place ever to work at. Leave and look elsewhere.
They've not contributed anything significant to building skills in years. The only training easily had is for internal initiatives like ngdm. Really sad.
