count one here. "team member" sounds like KMART.
Just got a new title "team member" what the heck!!! Two new titles in a year, each worse than the previous. Doing more work, no raise, no benefits, decreased hours. I asked what's with the new title, no explanation except restructuring. Biding time!!
Me just took a promotion with a demotion in pay!!!! Yay!!!! No thanks to restructuring !
