I keep seeing people say a company wide EISP is being offered, like the one from 2010. Then others are saying its targeted for certain groups. If this was something Verizon bargained for to get people off the books I could possibly see a company wide EISP being offered. Does anyone actually know if a company wide EISP was something that Verizon negotiated on?
