Worst of all, that healthcare plan is a disaster. Why don't we get a solid PPO plan like the rest of the company does?

"the taxpayers being anyone who doesn't get all the free stuff"
You do know it's the corporations and billionaires that get 80% of the "free stuff" right?
The medical may cover more with the new rules? We are paying for every contraceptive whim, rehab, and who know what else now plus keeping the kids on until they are 26 so medical cost to the taxpayers (the Supreme Court declared it a tax) is going to go up - the taxpayers being anyone who doesn't get all the free stuff. Kind of really, really sucks for childless people without health issues.
What did you expect, like 10% annual increases? Oh please, we knew going into it we weren't getting a a huge weekly raise. You knew that already. STFU
It isn't a total win. Raise of $2000 after taxes this year (approx). Health care increase of $360 for the year for premiums, a family deductible of $1300, if a family of 3 each has 1 doctor visit $60. Plus drug costs are $10, $30, and $50 per month depending on level. So 2 generic prescriptions will cost $240 per year. All said if you don't use your insurance but the bare minimum, you will get a $10/week raise. That is not a cost of living win!!!!
This is a total win no givebacks a few bucks for health care way offset by raise
Its a good contract, I know plenty of guys in other unions and they got it far far worst..congrats to cwa and ibew for a good contract
Troll post. Don't comment to troll posts and they wil go away
What are you talking about? The same plans we had for the last 5 years are still there. Our monthly premiums go up by $30 a month. We get a raise of $60 a week. Don't know what your problem is but stop complaining. Everything the company demanded in lbfo has been beaten totally back.
