QAR is gone. Every draconian piece of the contract that made the union weaker was removed. In fact more union members will be hired. Your medical insurance went up about 30 bucks a month, but your pay went up 60 a week. Don't believe the trolls. Once mainstream media get wind of this, it will widely be viewed as a victory for ALL unions.
We still have QARs, the "raise" doesn't even match cost of living increases, and the new healthcare plan is a disaster. If you think this is a good contract where we actually won major consessions then you are drinking some serious kool-aid.
