It's embarrassing. This is as bad as 2011. We're getting handed a crappy contract and are expected to go back to work like nice little children.

You must be new to this process. Agreement in principle is what they had...now that it's inked by both sides, it's a tentative agreement. Ratification by members can take weeks. Union always returns from strike under tentative agreement with ratification pending.
