Can union compare the salaries / benefits to other units who are doing the similar jobs and let us know how you are doing?
Atleast VZ is still having some union workers, the top companies never had this kind of problem like Google, facebook , microsoft etc etc.

Location is everything, as real estate agents would tell you. Frontier pays the same wages as VZ in comparable areas, as does AT&T. Perk more here and a dollar less there.

That's really industry-dependent, as well as country-dependent...there's no "one size fits all" answer, not by a long stretch.
