end of qtr 2 at hand, unfortunately timeframe is for later part of the upcoming week. but this shouldnt come as a surprise.

let's take a survey of the opinions of the masses. What groups/depts due to their status as being too important/pertinent to the revival of this psl, are considered to be off limits or at the end of the layoff line?? What say you? Manufacturing is screwed. What say you? Speak up.
What about cementing and PE at Technology? Are they relatively safe?
There will be a need to focus on other resources as well as deeper cuts into the traditional areas, unfortunately those areas have been pared down quite a bit. Thus we will have more surprises such as we did last week or so, with additional focus on areas perhaps more obscure. Rumors and guessed abound with assembly, test, ops areas and engineering. As mentioned elsewhere, fasten those seatbelts we are in for a rough ride.
