Having been forced to be a member of the CWA, they're a joke.
More of us were fired (not me, I eventually quit) after the CWA came in than ever before, the people that did the best in sales and service took a huge pay-cut to fund ridiculously higher salaries of the people that were the worst slackers...
It was just a travesty.
